I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post this but I'm sure it will get edited pretty darn quick if its not! 
I have just opened an section for visitors to post their banners at a cost. If anyone is interested in opening an account then obviously feel free!!

Yes, this sort of post is not allowed. As fairhousing said, the description says to share ideas and get help, not to actually advertise your products. For what it's worth, I don't think you're post would be appropriate in the Job & Barter forum, either. What you can do is promote your offer in your signature. Thread closed.
