thanks in advance for your suggestions/experiences

Hello, dex7, and welcome.

Here are a few:

BURST! Media - I use them and believe they are the best on the market for representing medium-sized sites. They offer CPM and CPC and meet your criteria. Minimum 5,000 impressions a month.

Engage Media - Another popular choice, but I'm afraid they are not accepting new sites right now.

Fastclick - Offers few CPM campaigns, mostly CPC, and they offer a good pop-under system.

I have experience with the above, here are a few more I know of, but aren't too familiar with:

1. Pop-unders are similar to pop-ups, except they pop underneath your browser window. Supposed to be less intrusive for visitors. Just a small window that pops up.

2. As long as your site is more than that and they accept you, yes, that is okay - in most cases. Could depend from company to company. Always feel free to contact your company and they'd be glad to help out.

3. This numbers depends on a variety of factors. You have the choice if choosing which advertisers appear and if you want to use pop-ups. What you choose will change the average number as well as if you get any targeted advertisers at BURST!. Targeted advertisers are advertisers who pay BURST! just to advertise on a few select sites. You can expect to make a pretty good CPM (i.e. $3 or $4 CPM) with these, but they are far and between, so don't get your hopes up for these.

CJ.com will let you choose ads for your site's category and some will pay you per lead. Unfortunately, CJ.com doesn't offer pay-per-click (CPC) anymore.

it is so easy to get in, there are not many requirements to be accepted. They have a high cpm rate too.
