unfortunatelyyour site just gives out an error.BUT: I would say,simple 2 dimensional. Flash takes tolong to load and 3D is just t much to do.

If you want to create video clips on how to use your product, for example, then use Flash. But for any other I would use normal 2D images.
Generally speaking flash has many bad aspects, it's slow, search engines can't index it well, it requires a plugin (which can sometimes even crash the browser!), animations tend to distract visitors and usually lowers your conversion rate.
