Here's what I do. I use Fastclick for my defaults and I use BURST! for my Fastclick defaults, so it all is a cycle. I started using Fastclick's popunders and have made a lot more revenue than normal with them.
How did you guys get signed up with Burst Media anyway? I tried emailing them, registering and everything, and none of them work, it seems like they do not accept new registration again
anyway, it is a bad time in Internet ads, isn't it?

BURST! still accepts sites... not all sites. It depends largely on your site's topic. In some areas, they are over-represented and in others, they are not. I guess if you are in certain areas, it will be impossible to get in.

i don't get many defaults thru burst, only about 500 a day, less than 5% of my total page views.

Then you must be choosing to run a lot of dirt cheap CPCs, which I consider free advertising and will very rarely run.

update, i'm up to around 10 cents cpm now, with a lot of defaults.
my cpm average includes defaults.
anyways, i like burst even though the cpm rate is much much lower than i became use to during 1999-2000.
