While browsing around on craigslist (it's a classifieds website) I saw a posting in the computer section title "••• Avoid Jerco Computers •••". I read the post and then I Googled them (because I had no idea what company that was). And sure enough, right after the jerco computers listing was, well, see for yourself Wink

Isn't it scary that one pissed off, or unsatisfied customer can completely ruin your online business efforts? Since this wasn't an isolated incident with Jerco (they really are a shotty company) I don't feel sorry for them. But what if you were a legit business and one customer didn't like you, how can you avoid stuff like that?

Yeah, thats pretty scary stuff... especially if customers know how to hurt your rep. Whats even sad is if its a direct competitor that will do this to you...

Yes, exactly, or if a competitor decided to do some anti-seo on your site. It is scary.

The results have changed, If i remember right from the day this was originally posted, the #2 result coming up was a listing very negative about the company.
