I am trying to start a simple api googlefeed mapping site with a simple vid site attached to it however trying to find anyone to actaully gve a quote is very tough. I was wondering if its best to find a coder and designer seperately ? Seems many coders are not great at designing and vice versa.

I would find each one seperatly on a freelance network like scriptlance.com or getafreelancer.com
