i would like to inquire about www.fortunecity.com's small buiness plans (advance plans 29.95 $).
I am confused what i would be needing to start an ecommerce webiste . I have bought a plan for small buiness which is giving me "real time crdit card processing support. What else i would be needing to enable e buying on my website. Do i need a paypal account ,a merchnat account or what ???
i am so confused ... please help

It will depend on how you want to accept payments. If you want to accept Paypal payments you will need to have a Paypal account. Often time you will want a merchant account with someone. Authorize.net is a pretty large online merchant. There is 2Checkout.com as well. I would highly recommend starting out with a 3rd party processor like 2Checkout or Paypal until you read up on fraud on how to prevent it.
For your ecommerce business you will also need a shopping cart system. But... That's if you went with Cheap hosting somewhere. It appears your hosting company includes a lot of that in the plan you choose. I recommend calling them and speaking to someone concerning your issues they should be able to guide you along with what services they are actually providing.

But money throuhg 2Checkout will come with 3-4 day delay. You should keep it in mind to.
