I'm looking for a shopping cart script, where after the customer have added everything he needs to the cart, and when he clicks "Check Out", he'll be sent an email which he MUST reply so that I will receive his order. (this is to make sure the customer is genuine.)
I tried searching but can't find anything like this.

The Dansie cart can be set to send an email receipt to the customer. Depending on how your email server is setup you may see the returned message if the email addr is bad.
Requiring a customer to reply is very unusual. While I see your POV, I think it will turn off many customers.
