Remote Based Add widgets

I am working on a "remote image / local script" based device that can be;

1) Placed anywhere on the web.
2) Be passed on via copy & paste while retaining some unique identity.
3) Initiate a form for completion "onclick".
4) Report to a remote database.
Obviously the script would call the image from our server which is no problem, and maybe even most of the code. However,
what i'm having trouble with is the copy & paste feature. It needs to be able to create a new identity when a copy is detected. any-one know if this is posible and how?
