Is there any websites out there that can accept credit cards from your customers, and then they will help you process it and send you the money in the form of money order?

erm...they only process credit cards for orders on auction sites right? Their FAQ says they don't process orders outside auction sites.

They have no shopping cart interface like PP but there's nothing to stop someone from sending an MO for any reason via them.
