These days, I'm looking for ideas on what would be a good product to build for webmasters. But it seems like everything I come up with has already been taken!
Soo, I'm making this thread, in hopes of finding out what you guys need.
If I gave you an alladin's lamp, which would build any software product for you, but that lamp cost $50, what would you wish to have built for you?

what are your skills? What do you mean by product for webmasters: this can mean a lot ...
I would by a software for farm links discovery: I would input an URL and would like to find the link farm this site belongs to.

Thats an interesting idea. Should it find links from every possible link farm, or just the major 10-15 link farms?
My guess is you'll use that to find what link farms your competitors belong to, right? Do you think a lot of other people also face this problem?

this is a great idea to investigate how people are making money. for example I have a directory and I noticed once lots of directories with the same design only different topic. it was pretty clear all these sites are owned by the same company, but to find them all I would need such a script for searching all the sites in the farm.
I am not sure how many people would buy this, also I don't know anything similar. it'a all a metter how good the software will be and how well promoted.
