Oh my God,

Before the end of the year the following movies are released in the Netherlands:

- LOTR III
- Finding Nemo
- The Last Samurai
- Kill Bill
- Shrek 2

Tough choice!
Has anyone seen any of these movies yet? Or are there any others that I must see?!

I heard that Kill Bill is pretty cool, and if you loved Shrek, you gotta see Shrek 2 Laughing out loud

I guess so! I also want to see Finding Nemo and Shrek2. Some of the best movies over the past few years have been kids movies IMO.

Julia, let us know what you think of Love Actually. I thought it looked like one of those ones with too many stars, you know how those get sometimes. And I'm not a big fan of Hugh Grant either, although Colin Firth on the other hand...

I wanna see Cat in the Hat too.

Kill Bill was alright. You have to understand that this is not your typical movie.

LOTR comes out here the day after I go away so I'll have to see it after Xmas but I can't wait! The only other one I'll probably go and see at the cinema will be Shrek2, the others can wait for DVD release. I'm off to see Love Actually on Wednesday though because I won free tickets!

Julia - if life was meant to be easy Michael Angelo would have painted the floor....

Yes, my boyfriend and I watched that last weekend. He loved it. I thought there was too much shooting. I don't like a lot of shooting, seems pointless to be randomly firing bullets like that. Sniper-like targeted shooting makes more sense. Better yet, drop the guns and fight it out by hand. Or even better, get rid of the gratuitous violence!

Ahh... but Kate was doing all that shooting with the utmost love... you could tell. Smiling

We have the latest Lara Croft ready to watch. Not sure when we'll get to it.

I bought Underworld a day or two after it came to DVD. (Bought it without seeing it first.). Good movie. But I do enjoy that sort of thing... Blade and Blade 2 and whatnot.

Yesterday I bought a previously viewed DVD of "Bulletproof Monk" from Blockbuster (for $7.50, wee!). It's got Chow Yun-Fat. 'Nuf Said.

I saw Tomb Raider 2 the other week. It's a good movie, but I didn't think it was up to par with the first one.

I agree with Mark that TR2 isn't anywhere near as good as the first one! Saw it on the plane home from Gambia.

I've not seen it. But from what I've heard, it's "Tom Cruse as Tom Cruse as The Last Samurai".
