I was writing one in ASP, but had to put it on hold quite a while ago.
I actuall found a severly crippled one started (half of everything didn't work). I downloaded it, and started hacking at it. If you look at the source now, you'd swear it never started out as the other. So when I eventually finish it, I'll just say it was all my work
