Just wanted to warn everyone about a tad bit of false advertising I have been seeing...

Have you seen the previews for "28 weeks later..."? They advertise it as a Horror/Thriller.....

FALSE ADVERTISING!!! It is a comedy!

By the time it was over, my wife and I were laughing our *#@!!'s off! She convinced me to come to this movie becasue the first one was supposed to be so good.

At the end, I turned to her and told her she owed me a movie, she told me "I owe myself a movie"... She also told me it was like they took all the bad scenes from the first movie and made them into a whole movie for the sequal...

Just thought I would give a heads up... She still insists I should see the first movie ("28 Days Later...") Should I? or should I just wait until they come out with "28 Months Later...", you know that will be coming some day...

Liam and I both really liked 28 days later. (It's British, of course!). I don't usually like this kind of movie but I realy got into 28 days. Both of us were horrified to see the sequel come up (stupid hollywood bastards ruining a perfectly good British movie!). But you say it's a comedy... And what were the "bad" scenes in the first movie?

I loved the first movie, for the fact it could happen. They *breed* some nasty stuff in labs.
I have not seen 28 weeks later, I always find sequels not as good as the first one, I lose the anticipation.

I'm not sure what the bad scenes were supposed to be from the first one, I never saw it, just my wife's comment. She loved the first one. She also loves just about any movie about/starting/filmed in/etc. something from that part of the world.... She recommends a movie, I expect an accent Wink LOL

I'm tempted to go rent the first movie to see how that was.

DarthMall, I really suggest you have a look at the dates to the threads you're replying to, this one is about 5 years old!!

lol, oh well. Does it matter if he brings up old threads? 28 Weeks Later still sucks and 28 Days Later is still good. Anyway I was quite happy to see this one at the top again, as I missed it the first time! Am tempted to watch 28 Weeks Later now, just because it sounds hilarious. Quite the opposite from the first one, which was really edgy and tense. Did you ever watch the first one Greg? I'd recommend it.

Anyway, it isn't five years old. 28 Weeks more like (see what I did there? eh, eh), are the dates showing correctly for you? Smiling

Perhaps he was looking at Greg's join date (2003), but the post date was in 2007.

Yeah it seems demonhale is getting very repetitive these days...

Sticking out tongue This is the second post from him that I've seen posted twice. Wink

I unpublished Demonhale's post.

I unpublished Demonhale's post.

I un... errr, anyway. He's not repeating himself anymore. I believe Drupal 6 will fix the problem where hitting the submit button twice, publishes the comment twice also. Laughing out loud

Sorry, I didn't know anyone would be that upset that I replied to an older topic

Don't worry about it, he's not upset! You can open old topics if you want, I really don't know why some forums get stroppy about people doing that. Smiling
