Super powers

Hmmm I assume you're referring to one power and one power only. In that case I think it would be superhuman strength. I think that would be the most practical of super powers. Or maybe that wolverine style super healing/adamantium skeleton mix... that's pretty cool.

I certainly wouldn't want something freaky like Super Hair-growing man or Mr fantastic-turn-into-a-lightbulb dude.

The ability to fly would be ace but a)you'd have to be pretty strong to carry somebody else with you (not to mention health and safety factors... imagine all those forms you'd have to fill in) and b) you constantly run the risk of being sucked into a jet engine.

Heat vision/laser eyes is just asking for trouble.

Oh and as for telepathy... I'm pretty sure the whole reason the world isn't one big anarchiastic mess is because people don't know what eachother are thinking. Can you imagine the chaos that knowing the inner depths of the human mind could cause??

Nope I'd be more then happy with super strength. I can just picture it now... some leary git who's drunk 10 pints of Stella is like 'What the fook are you lookin' at!!!' and then I would just calmly say "I have know idea what you are talking about... excuse me a second whilst I bench press this Bus" lol... ah happy days

Totally off topic: Monkeyboy, is that the same avatar you've had for a while? I just figured out what it is, it's a human with some robot arm thing around his month. This whole time I thought it was abstract art. Ya learn something new every day.

Anyway, as for my super human power, I'd have to say flying, with one condition. I would have to fly reasonably fast, around the same speed achieved by humans at the current time. What's the point of flying if you whiz by at a walker's pace? Now if I didn't get to fly at a high speed, then I'd opt for super human strength, and hopefully I'd look the part . I think super intelligence would be cool too, but it might get a little depressing, and people don't like smarty pants.

This is fun... One power only is to get invisible and visible by command... or power of healing others and self, now theres going to be a cure for every disease or viruses... Also if you are aware of Jake 2.0 Id be glad to have his powers... Thats about it...
