The new forum? Its almost ready for testing I think. Liam is working on building the functionality we need for the member groups (prevents posting in certain areas without the right post count - spam control).
We're not going to have email subscriptions on the new forums but there will be RSS for every thread.

I believe Liam said there was a vBulletin -> phpBB conversion and a phpBB -> Drupal conversion, the two of which together allowing the complete conversion.
