I, a webmaster-challenged person, am looking for a message-board-service company because I want to add a discussion board to my text-only, public-service website. I want the company to have the software and store the messages on their site; I do not want to download any software.
I expect to average two messages a day for the first year and would like to keep all of the messages for as long as the board exists.
Fellow webmasters, please send me the names of reliable companies which use user-friendly software. I have budgeted $25 to $45 a month for this service and do not want to carry any of the company's ads on my board.

http://www.Homepagetools.com has a board taht is on their server that you can use. I'm not sure if that's the type of message board your looking for or not.
