I talked with a potental client on the phone today, and I'm going to be meeting with him for a discussion tomorrow!
He is rich. Very rich. He is a multi-millionaire real estate agent, and the president of MarketingHomes - a high tech approach to real estate (streaming video, VHS, etc). He is noted as the #1 real estate agent in my province and is quite famous in his industry.
If I get hired, I'd be working 1-2 hours in my SPARE TIME at home, to make websites for various owners (condominiums+) and attaching streaming video..
I think the pay is a lot. He was talking about all this stuff like profit sharing and stuff I had no clue about.. I just kept saying yes.. yes.. yes.. and tried to sound confident.
I'll let you know how it went! And If I get it!! If I do, beer all around (except for me.. im a minor)

Don't believe in empty promises, always get a written contract if they intend to hire you, make sure they give you an undertaking letter if there's no contract to protect your interest stating what was promised in case of any dispute that may arise later on.

The interview was very casual and done in my house by my computer (hell, I felt comfortable!) - I could of sucked up a bit more in my answers, but it was 9:00 AM and was a bit tired, but I think he was pleased with me. I will know by September 1st.
