Welcome back to you both! Things definitely have been picking up around here over the past week even. We've been up and down a bit in the search results and that's definitely reflected in the participation rates here. That's funny, because I was gone for about 6 months not too long after I first joined too. Although that was because I went back to school (found this place while on a co-op term, then went back for my last school term for 4 months, then came back here after I started my first real job).

Probably some free advertising and "sponsor" status on the forum (that means you get a button under your name and exemptions from any of our posting restrictions). It would depend on what you're offering. Let us know what you have and we can work something out.
What were you thinking people would have to do to get the prize? We have had design contests in the past with limited success. We could do something randomly or have some kind of posting contest.
