I ran across this site. It is kind of interesting to see the bar on the side where you change the text size etc.

I think it's kind of neat. Doesn't work in Opera though. Similar to what A LIst Apart is doing. Nice way to improve the user experience.

Marc, I take it that you are not gifted in encouraging people like Megan.
I liked it since it was small and unobtrusive. I figured since text was changing that it would work well in IE but not so well in other browsers.

Yes, Opera doesn't have a text size switch as far as I can tell - you just use the zoom function or user mode instead. Does this thing work in mozilla or NS? I'm too lazy to check, but I'm guessing that it doesn't.

NS 4.78 loaded a different page, one with options at the top but not any font changes. NS 6.2 had the sidebar with the same options as IE.

Yeah I get same as mairving, in NS4.78 & Opera it just isn't there but has the other links at the top & bottom of the page.

Whoa, hold on now. What does encouraging people have to do with this? I was using Mozilla and didn't see at all what you were talking about as it didn't show up. So don't jump all over me!

We were looking at the little toolbar that pops up in IE allowing you to increase the text size or change the font. I think it's kind of a nice idea...

Yes, I think it is cool and unique. It has a bunch of other features and could have been better if they had used on the right side of the page.
