I just came across this site called Human Click at http://www.humanclick.com .
It lets you help your visitors in a live one-on-one chat environment. You just need to download their software onto your computer and it automatically connects to their server everytime you connect to the Internet.
It is also a FREE service! I would like to get anyones opinion on this as it almost seems to good to be true.

It's not to good to be true, but still many use it here. I use it, and it makes my site very SLOW to load sometimes. Their software also isn't the best, but that's just because it's Beta v1. Anyway- I guess it's better then nothing.
