who has used Ubuntu?
How about the new Windows Vista or formerly known as Longhorn?
What are your thoughts differences of the two?
I think ubuntu is better than getting too much 3d which will consume too much space in my hard drive

Yeah, it is pretty good if you're new to linux, it has it's down sides - like anything else.
If you're new [to linux], it's great, if not, then, you're probably better off with something else.
