On the opposite side of the coin ...
There was a guy who listed his lower leg on a local auction site down here. He lost it in a motorcycle accident but it was fully tattooed and listed it as "art" - listing was removed.

Pretty sure he has a reserve set at like $4,000,000,000.00 and knows that this auction will get tons of attention, therefore getting the site listed in his auction description free traffic: pokerbonusworld.com

My brother once put his friend on ebay as a joke without his mate knowing. People actually started bidding and it didn't get removed from ebay! he evntually took it off himself
