what are some of the cooler looking sites you know of, there are some really good ones out there.
Penny Arcade A Webcomic
Nintendo Nintendo's main page
Diablo II Diablo 2 site
Sanguine Slaughterhouse the site of an outfit from the game Planetside
Game FAQs game FAQ site, good simple design.
what sites do you have?
anyone can do any amount of work provided it isnt the work they are supposed to be doing.

w00t! I think I figured out the formula for that flash jackbox linked to.
THE KEY:
The sum of the digits in the difference always equal 9.
CAVEAT:
If a digit in the difference is a zero, and the first sum of the digits in the difference is > 9, then the zero becomes a 1.
My scratchpad:
8421 | I circled the digit 2-4182 | and entered 439. The
===== | flash correctly
4239 | guessed the digit 2.
3619 | I circled the digit 5
-1963 | and entered 166. The
===== | flash correctly
1656 | guessed the digit 5.
I needed more numbers to work with,
so I created 2 more numbers, but
didn't bother with the flash anymore.

I know the only numbers the flash could
work with were the digits in the
difference from the subtraction equation,
and that there must be some constant
relation between the 4 digits.
Just as a place to start, I started adding
the 4 digits of each difference.
4239 = 18
1656 = 18
2052 = 9
0656 = 17
Not enough of a pattern. I went back and
added everything recursively down to a
single digit.
4239 = 18 = 9
1656 = 18 = 9
2052 = 9 = 9
0656 = 17 = 8
Woah, bizarre.

2087 = 17 = 8
If the sum of the digits in the difference
is > 9, then any digits in the difference
become 1s. (And notice, your not allowed to
circle a zero. So the formula is required
to know the presense of a zero.)
Time to test on larger numbers.

Same logic appears to be true for larger
numbers.

I had just woken up. Didn't feel like starting work yet, and hadn't done any math type stuff for a while (mostly DB lately). Took longer to write the post out than to figure out the formula.

alot of sites that are 100% flash look good, but it is pretty easy to make somthing look good in flash, granted those are good even for flash, i especially like the loader on the blitz page.
