It's mild here, bright sun until Thursday, apparently. Whee!
Not as hot as Southern California (40F is the high - 9C or so).
But lovely and snowless regardless. With the unseasonal bright sun, people are drinking coffee on the sidewalk and I went for a stroll with my kids and didn't want to come inside. GORGEOUS weather.

Sydney, Australia
We had expected tops of 35 degrees and huge winds.
Problem with that is some stupid people thought it would be a great idea to set fire to half our state. As I write this Sydney is totally enveloped within a ring of smoke. Apparently the bushfires cover well over 600 kilometres down the coast, plus there are numerous ones inland.
Reports say 100 homes lost already with hot windy weather ahead, it looks like it will get way worse.
I know this isn;t like losing the world trade center, but here in Australia, bushfires are very major thing.
Why cant we just have snow instead!

Temperatures between -5°C and +5°C with snow, hail, rain, wind, thunder, lightning and some sunshine. I think I've seen every possible type of weather this Christmas...
detox: I saw the fires on the news here in NL. Looks really bad. Good luck!

Cold and dry here. Not too much snow - mostly just dusty blowing stuff. This part of Ontario (Chatham - the very southern part of the province) is flat as a board so it just blows around. I imagine there's more back home in Kitchener. -3 C with a windchill of -10.

Winter here (Georgetown, Ontario) has been pretty quiet, hardly anything on the ground. You won't get any complaints from me though, my back starts to hurt just thinking about shoveling snow...
