Here's a good random question,

What's your favorite type of cheese?

I am a big fan of pepper jack.

Awwwwww..... seeing this thread title just brought back so many memories. I'll have to tell Mark Hensler to come back just for this. (we used to have a long running joke about cheese around here, for those who are new. This thread brought back some nostalgia for the old days, thats' for sure).

LMAO - mairving put a note in Mark's User notes that says:

Quote: Cheese

Likes cheese...is cheesy???

User notes are a place where mods can put notes to each other about certain members. Don't worry, it's mostly just for spammers and people who don't do their website critiques.

Not yet Wink

How can you eat cheese with mold on it? Isn't that bad for your health? Any side effects to that mold in your body?

Of course mold isn't bad in cheese! And no it's not bad for your health, remeber where penecillin came from?

It's what makes it full of flavour (or stink, depending on your perspective)! Laughing out loud

Have you tried putting cheddar in a cold place for quite sometime then put it out in the sun for some time then back again in the cold, eat it afterwards and it tastes better... (good to be partners with rhum)
