That is so bang-on. I particularly liked how the consultant described it. Looking at the mistake by the project manager I think the analyst did quite a good job, aside from not realising all the customer wanted was a swing.

I've enjoyed that one since I first saw it a few years ago, always got a kick out of it, I think there may be a different version as well (similar but different) i'll look around and see if I can find it anywhere!

The only thing it is missing for where i work is a picture for the boss who has not one bit of knowledge of anything IT, so it shouldn't take longer than to go to the store any buy one. I recently go told regarding a change to our program that changes how it calculates EVERYTHING, and adds about 3x the reporting to the system "Why will it take this long, she will show you how quickbooks does it"....
