How is the best,speaking about resolution,price,quality sound?After this war is over between this companies(toshiba/microsoft -sony/blue ray).Who will be the winner after all?

I believe blu ray has pretty much already won the battle.

Warner Bros going with Blu Ray in the beginning was a big push to BR's side.
Microsoft have stopped making the HD DVD odd-on for Xbox 360 a while ago -
"The Xbox add-ons sold represented 30% of the one million HD DVD devices that were sold worldwide."
Overall I think Blu Ray is the better choice for future proof data storage and access. Whether that actually makes it "better" than HD DVD or not is another debate.
