Best Feed Aggregator/Reader
I feel I'm a little behind the times because I don't utilize RSS feeds quite as well as I could, but recently I've been trying out some web-based feed readers and have looked into a couple of Windows applications, and I'm wondering which alternatives you all have had success with. I would probably have anywhere from 10-15 feeds and I want something quick (duh!) and clean to deal with. Let me know what I should go for.

I use Bloglines for most of my feeds plus I keep a few in Opera (feeds that are updated more frequently).
Bloglines is pretty good. I'm subscribed to 38 feeds in there right now. The biggest problem I have with it is that it automatically marks posts as read when you open the feed. So you kind of have to read something right away (rather than seeing what it's about and maybe coming back later). You can save something for later but I tend to use that for posts I might want to refer to again.
I would like to try something different at some point - does anyone have any epxerience with Google Reader or other services?

I use Mozilla Thunderbird, mainly because I use it for my email anyway - so I keep up with my email & feeds all in one place.
Edit: I should add that I prefer this over a website because I have Thunderbird always running. I still prefer desktop applications over online versions.

I'm using Bloglines right now, and it's pretty good. I'm thinking I'll probably switch to a desktop application like pr0gr4mm3r mentioned, though.

My default browser is Opera. The built in feed reader works fine for me. (Currently subscribed to 38 feeds.)

I'm partial to FeedDemon. You can sink it with NewsGator if you want an online version.
