If you have/use firefox, go to the site (base url of it) and using the Help/Report web forgery and it will save the not so bright people that get sucked into these things by displaying a "this site is a forgery" to viewers.
Warning: whatever you do, don't sign in.

Ha! I remember reporting these emails to PayPal in outrage several years ago.
I don't even want to visit the URL, but I posted the email here because it is such a pathetic attempt, it's sort-of funny.
Hmmm - looking at yer avatar - why does it say "modrater" - is that just in the image? I mean, are you an official moderator or poseur?

Gosh, they could at least run a spell checker! Early on you could always tell a phishing email by the poor writing but most of them seem to have improved in that area. Not this one!

The funny thing is, I ignored like 3 messages from paypal because I thought they were these spam things. Here the account I was getting e-mails about actually WAS limited because now they need further verification of status for non-profits.
I found out they were legit e-mails a few days later when I actually did log into paypal.
When in doubt, type in the URL by hand...
