Hello everyone,
As of April 14, 2006 we have significantly changed the way this section of the forums operate. We now have four subforums with separate permissions as follows:
Help Wanted - anyone may post
Link Exchanges - you must have more than 15 posts AND be registered for more than 7 days
Domain Names and Websites for Sale - you must have more than 15 posts AND be registered for more than 7 days
Services and Special Offers - you must have more than 25 posts AND be registered for more than 14 days.
Sponsors may freely post in any of these forum. (If you are a sponsor but are unable to post here please let me know by PM or email).
If you find that you do not have permission to post in an area where you should have permissions please let me know. There is a chance that I didn't set up all the permissions properly 
If you have just reached the qualification levels and do not have permissions it may be because the system has not updated your account yet. Please wait an hour and try again.
Any threads that are posted outside of these guidelines (such as advertisements posted in the Help Wanted area) will be deleted immediately. Any posts containing links to sites with material prohibited by our rules or links to sites in direct competition with TWF will also be deleted. Anyone caught repeatedly abusing these guidelines will be disciplined. We take spam very seriously here at TWF and will not tolerate abuse of our policies. In addition, anyone deemed to be posting solely to qualify for these guidelines will be prevented from posting in the relevant Market Place sections.
We hope that this will make the Market Place area a more useful section of the site for all of you. Spam in the Market Place has always been a big problem for staff so we hope this will make things easier for ourselves as well.
Please do not hestiate to post here if you have feedback or questions about these changes.
