Please Help me ( i still havn't found the problem )
Hey everyone!
i have been searching answer to this question like from about 2 yrs.
how do you put a background on a background and it would stay there and wouldnt be like disturbed if you change the browser size or scroll down
i cant do repeat-x,y or no repeat the picture is like a wallpaper i want the content on the website to move but i dont want the background to move or change even if the browser is resized
Guys please help me out :s

thanks megan it got rid of the scroll problem , but when i resize the browser to a smaller size like maybe 800x600 the background stays there and the content moves . Now what a i supposed to do ?

Do you have a link you can post? I thought you wanted the background to stay fixed while the content moves??

i havnt found the answer but i guess the folks here will help surely , if anyone wants to help i have a example site : http://www.tutorial9.net/ its a useful site and notice the background does not go down when you scroll down nor does it change on resize i want to know how did he do it ? that how i want my site to do , a fixed attachment background stays there when scrolled down .
