Photo Gallery Catalog
My knowledge on JavaScript & PHP isnt that good yet .. Sorry if this its a silly question but I don't know a quick way to do this:
I'm working in my own model agency website and I would like to know how to build the model catalog section (where the models will show up).

First in the model catalog I wanna show up all the models with them names below the photo
( Here is an example: http://cnmodelos.com/modelosNacionales.php?provincia=1)
Second when someone click on any of the pictures can go to the model info and extra photos
(Here is an example: http://cnmodelos.com/datosModelo.php?id=4 )
so far as i know that could be done on JavaScript and PHP
But here come the biggest questions:

Can be done with wordpress theme maybe with a plugin?
Can be done with oscommerce or magneto?
Is there any place where I can download a template for my model agency project (Im not looking for XML or Flash templates) that has a administrative console like oscommerce or wordpress.
I hope someone give me any idea on it......

Which CMS are you already using? There are photo gallery plugins for Wordpress, but I haven't used any myself so I can't make any specific recommendations.
For a stand-alone gallery application I really like zenphoto. It's simpler, easier to use, and eaiser to design than some of the others out there like Gallery 2.
I think I might have seen something about integrating zenphoto with Wordpress...

I would use HTML - not sure why you'd need any kind of script.

Greg is right .. i need to have full control on each image and details of each model .. looking on Google n some forums I found this AZ Photo Album Script Pro in www.php4script.com and I downloaded it. Its kind of im looking 4 .. the only thing now its that I would like to know how to configure the php to go from the main gallery thumb images to the last images page of each thumb showing the pictures (a big one with the rest on lil thumbs and also a way to put the model description and info on it) I hope u understand me well .. is like the functionality and order loading that the links examples I wrote before

fabianid, are you on any CMS at the moment? I.E. Wordpress, Drupal, other.
Or is your site coded by hand?
To be honest, you could probably get a CMS to do a lot of this for you, but with specific requirements sometimes you tend to need to edit the PHP to get exactly what you want.
Drupal might be better than Wordpress for this sort of thing.
That said, even with the php4script photo gallery you downloaded, it all depends on what exactly you are trying to do and what you have on your site.
Is there going to be any logins for models? Or do you just create all the profiles for them?
What I'm getting at is, and really regardless of if models or you edit profiles, you need references for model names, age, date of birth etc, their images and so on and to be able to link all that data together and display it out as a list of models and probably per model (a single profile).
All this is usually done with a database. There are alternative methods, but if the above is near to what your site is going to do, then a DB is really the best option.
Again, I'm guessing, so if you can give more specific details of what you are trying to do for the entire site (rather than just a gallery) and if possible give us a link to your site we can give better advice to some options you have.

Greg, right now my site is only made into a flash template...but i wanna create a HTML website with:
(but in a soon future I would like they can also create their own profiles)

I was wondering on using WP for the fact of inserting a blog on the web also and maybe also a store software like oscommerce to maybe sell some products on it but for me the most important thins its on how to do and code the MODELS CATALOG section because I wanna create and easy ADMIN AREA for the model catalog in that way some other people besides me can update the model catalog .. u know what i mean ....

I'm the webmaster from cnmodelos.com, write me and i can help u.
But for this site I created a administrator module: where there is a form to enter the models information in Database. And then upload the photos paths in Db too.
