Ive got a site im workin on for my companies intranet. Using nothing but html, its mainly table based. First time it loads, only the background displays, but a refresh will let it load properly, and every resfresh after that. Only when the site loads for the time, only the background can be seen. Any suggestions?

Considering the fact its on an intranet, there might not be a URL accessable to the outside world... maybe upload it to somewhere we can see?
