This looks fine on my phone (Android) and I checked a few others in Browserstack (including iPhones). There is a little bit of horizontal scrolling where that "leave a message" sidebar appears, but otherwise it looks fine.

Checked on iPhone 4. Seems like the website is a bit left aligned. Would look better if it could be center aligned. Overall looks fine.
