Can someone help out please?...
If you have 2 JavasSript codes being used on the same html page, each for a different purpose, for example...one to preload images and one to make a pop-up window, which each require you to use the tags, what is the proper way to achieve this?

to call multiple scripts separate them with semicolons.
eg:
.... onLoad="callscript1(); callscript2();"
