I have been doing web site design for years with what I consider very good results, especially since I'm self-taught. I want to take things to the next level meaning I want to know how to use "flash" and build web pages that are "CSS". I have all the software and have been muddling through things, but do not really fully understand the processes. I am a quick learner and have several patents that I not only designed but did the patent application process myself.
I am looking for a tutor in Southern California that knows how to do these two things AND that would tutor me. I expect to pay for this service.
