I have a need for a very basic form. Apparently php is what will work best for me.

Only need about 15 fields max.

All i really want is a simple from where all details are sent to me to confirm and online order.

Willing to learn how to do so if i can pointed in the right direction, or if form can be made and explained how it was done?

I honestly want to learn myself rather than have it provided and i have no knowledge of how it was done. I dont want to spend any $ unless its absolutely necessary. Step by step instructions or free software i should download and get help with would also be great.

Currently i am using Dreamweaver 8.

If anyone is interested my site is mycomfortcandles.com and its the Order Online page i am stuck with.
