If you have a good hosting company, they will be well aware that this happens a lot, and are not going to shut down your account becasue one or two people report that.

It is just an annoyance of having a domain name. I had a domain name that at one time peaked at about 1200 messages a day due to all the bounced mailed that was sent out to bad e-mail addresses and used my e-mail as the sender. Message filters will become your friend

Something similar happened to me awhile ago - a spammer used my actual email address as the reply address in his phishing emails. I got quite a few bounced replies in my junk mail box.

Do you have the email header from the bounced emails? You should be able to see this text if you go to options on most mail cleints and look for "email header".

If you copy and paste the code onto this thread I'll see where the IP address is registered. It'll probobly be in a different part of the world from you, so not to worry about the ISP thinking your the spammer.
