    <description> &lt;p&gt;I think the problem is that there&#039;s nothing there to talk about.  The list of topics reads like a site navigation menu, not like a forum index.  Tutorials, for example, could become Customizing Firefox.  People might have something to say about that.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is another one of the big mistakes people make when creating forums - people won&#039;t post if there&#039;s nothing to talk about!&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;I&#039;ve found word of mouth to work best for me. I&#039;m also doing a Google AdWords campaign which is helping as well.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;You can easily get visitors by hosting a contest - small or large. I&#039;m guessing that&#039;s what you mean? You want to flood your user&#039;s database with some active users?
