OK you need a couple of things...

1) The cart - There are masses of pre built carts out there, some free, some not. One of the most popular free ones is www.oscommerce.com Simple to set-up and adapt

2) You need a way for people to pay you. PayPal is free but has a poor reputation. WorldPay offers an excellent all in one solution that doesn't require a merchant account with your bank but is expensive to get going. Apart from that you would need a merchant account with your bank and an Internet gateway such as Authorize.net, Protx, SecureTrading, etc...

3) Finally you need a dropshipper who is willing to deliver your orders white label so to speak. There a couple of dropshipper directories out there, just do a google and you'll find them.

At the end of the day it is simpler than you think! It could even cost you nothing to set-up if you combined PayPal and osCommerce...

This should get you started!
