you need to set up two different e-mail accounts in Outlook. they will have different usernames and passwords. make sure you actually have both accounts created on the server and they are not just 'forwarders' (i.e. they forward e-mail to another e-mail box).

what is your server software? is it CPanel?
do you use POP3 to retrieve e-mail?
how many e-mail accounts do you have in your Outlook right now, one or two?

POP3 means the email takes up space on your server and you access it there, as opposed to it being redirected to another POP3 account somewhere else (alias).

You can change the reply address to whatever you want, but you'll still have to set up accounts in your physical email reader/application to do so. This is very typical, common, what the applications are designed to do... What email application do you use?

So there is no way to set something like this up ? All mail would

Sure, you can set up new accounts in almost any email client that exists.
