I use Modernbill , its a kool prgram which Bills the customer , send invoices , creates hosting accounts and many more

Sorry, I wasn't firing on all cylinders last night - I also have MS Money in the mix. If you're starting from scratch, go Quickbooks but I'd been using MS Money for quite some time and have been too lazy to make the transition. I really only use this to integrate the cash into my financial blooodstream and to track expenses.

i use excel to keep track of many things, and macro's arent even needed. simple built-in excel functions do the trick, you just have to put them together right.

Actually, for both project management and client management, I get by pretty well with Outlook and some custom Excel workbooks that have taken shape over the last few years. I've experimented with various apps and frankly find them overkill.

Of course, I also rely heavily on a big pad of graph paper and a cup full of sharp'n'pointy pencils .
