I believe you can test your site with older browsers at: http://www.anybrowser.com

I found Netscape easily enough:
http://wp.netscape.com/download/archive.html
The only link that appears not to work is Netscape3 but why bother?

IE does not allow multiple installations. In any event, they push their new browsers so effectively that earlier versions disappear pretty quickly.

Another option is to check the CDs from old products and computer books. Often they will bundle in a browser for various reasons. I think I even have a copy of both IE3 and Netscape3 around somewhere for that reason. Pop by your local library and check out some of the more dated computer books.
