    <description> &lt;p&gt;I *believe* to add a real player file you need to create a text file called something like &quot;sound.ram&quot; (replacing sound with the actual file name). The text file should contain only the URL to the actual file (e.g. &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.domain.com/sounds/sound.rm&quot; class=&quot;bb-url&quot;&gt;http://www.domain.com/sounds/sound.rm&lt;/a&gt;) - not sure exactly why a .ram file is required before the .rm file is accessed, but that has been my experience with it.&lt;/p&gt;

    <description> &lt;p&gt;Hmmmm.  The easiest option would be to just offer an mp3 for download.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&#039;t know two much about embedding a real player - you could probably go to the real player website and find out more (although that place is always a pain in the bum).  IME, Real in general is a pain in the bum.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Another option you might want to try is flash.  That way you could build in your own loading animation to keep people busy, and your own play/stop/pause buttons.&lt;/p&gt;
