First off, maintain some consistent fonts. Stick with Arial or Verdana, and don't mix it up with others. It really makes your pages look inconsistent and not very unprofessional.

Secondly, if you don't want this to look like a home business, change the customer service link to something OTHER than an email popup. have it go directly to a page, and even better, have a form that will generate an email to you. You'd be surprised how much more feedback you'll get when it's a form and not an email. A lot of people would rather send out a quick note than opening up a yahoo window, typing it in, yada yada... bottom line is, people are lazy. Cater to them.

Other than that, It looks OK. Frames are always discouraging unless it's done perfectly. So be careful!!!

I agree that the member login is taking up too much space there - it might be a better idea to move it to a different place on the page, maybe below the left side menu. I'm also not sure about the organization of your menus. The separation between the top menu and the left menu don't entirely makes sense to me. Put the real content sections on the left, the adminstrative stuff on the top.

On top you have: Home, FAQ, Your Account, Customer Service , Sign Up Now FREE!, Advertise On Our Network

On the left you have: Home, Play The Slots, Top Users, Terms Of Use, Privacy Statement, Create An Account!

So change this to have:

On the top: Home, Terms of Use, Privacy Statement, Advertise On Our Network, Create an Account

On the left: Sign Up Now FREE!, Your Account, FAQ, Customer Service, Top Users, Play The Slots

Or something like that. Just have some sort of consistent organization of menu items, making it easier for people to find the option they're looking for.

Also watch your spelling and grammar. I'm only noticing a few little things here and there - ("Just set the start page to you're unique member" - should be your not you're)

I also think that you could be a little more straightforward on the front page about what this is and how it works. It took me a little bit of reading to figure that out. The "How does it work" section is much more helpful than the first paragraph is.

As far as usability the site seems fine but I am going to also agree that frames is not going to help you out in the long run. Your meta tags, title and description all need work if you want to get in with the SE's.

Look forward to reading your reviews of some of the other sites posted in the forum.

As mentioned above, I would try and design the site without frames. You don´t want to bother your users with that login section throughout their visit. If it disappears after logging in then that would be much better.

The left hand navigation makes it easy to find what you are looking for, and is user friendly. For your benefit I would make it more search engine friendly, especially as you are selling a product. You want as many customers as possible to find you!

would the login section (top frame) disappear once logged in?

Your service could be better promoted and spidered without frames.

user friendliness, and overall useability seem fine except the frames, example, if I found a page I wanted a friend to see I couldnt send the URL of that page, instead would have to send a message saying click here, click there ...

Welcome to TWF AdamB. We ask that you please review at least three other sites here in the critique section and give your views and opinions on the work that others have done.

Here is your URL for easy access: http://www.begintraffic.com/

I think that the site is user friendly. I know that you only asked for a critique on user friendliness, and overall usability but I thought I would mention that you need to add some padding to the tables in some of your pages. The text is jammed up next to the frame.
