View source stopped working IE5.x

Hi,
I cannot view the source codes of any sites, nothing happens !!
I had the problem in IE 5.01 & just upgraded to IE5.5 and still the same Mad

[EDIT] I have been suffering with this for days, and 2 minutes after posting here I found the answer !! Deleting teporary internet files fixed it !! [/EDIT]

Any Ideas ??

Ayup. I've no idea to the "why" of it but I've had it happen as well. No apparent pattern - it happened to me twice fairly close together and not again since.

The same thing happens to me when I get low of resources. Deleting temp files and rebooting my machine usually solves the problem.
