Restart continously
Recently we shifted to new House and after the shifting whenever i start my computer it continiously restarts,so is it the problem related to Hardware?

Yes your powersupply might have been not able to supply correct amount of supply needed to run your PC...you should contact your seller....but i m not sure just providing you that this might be the problem

I don't think that this is the power supply problem because the led on the motherboard gets on .i think this is due to the cables problems of the hard disc

It may be power supply problem...!
Check SMPS of your system and check your system using another SMPS. Otherwise you can manage your computer... check the don't restart property box in manage computer.
