I recently installed RHL and Win98 on a laptop with 4gb
Win98 =2gb and RHL=2gb using FIPS to partion it. The problem is...I reformatted the harddisk and then installed RHL first with 4 partitions /root /boot /swap /home and it works well, after that I installed win98. Now when I boot up, the default is Win98 and to boot RHL I have to shut down first and then use the boot diskette to access the RHL Drive.
Initially I installed Win98 first and then RHL but I couldn't configure the dual-boot as the system just cannot detect the Win98 Drive even though I loaded LILO to write to the MBR.
Although both os works fine, is there anyway where I can configure it to use a dual boot system just in case if I misplace or damage the RHL boot diskette?
Any help appreciated.
