A8N-SLI Deluxe or Premium?

I need a new mobo for this computer. The chipfan stopped on the A8N-SLI Deluxe... and apparently it is a known issue. So now the question remains, go for the new Premium or replace it with another Deluxe?

The set-up I built a few months ago:
CASE: Thermaltake Tsunami Dream Tower Series Silver
CPU: AMD ATHLON 64 +3700 939 1MB L2
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS A8N-SLI DELUXE
PSU: ENERMAX: 535W - Enermax EG565P-FMA REV.2.0 ATX
GPU: ASUS EN6800GT/2DT/256MB GDDR3 PCI-Express x16 (no SLI yet...)
MEMORY: 1 GB DDR (2 pcs 512) PC-3200 (400) OCZ Platinum Revision 2 Dual Channel Unbuffered
HARD DRIVE: 72GB WD Raptor 10,000 RPM 8MB Buffer, 250GB WD Corsair 7,200 SATAII 16MB Buffer
OPTICAL: Samsung Writemaster DVD-RW and CD-RW/DVD 52x-32x-52-16X

I have seen a few tech guys on here so I'll throw this around. Apparently Asus will take the old mobo back and send me a replacement. Although, I'd actually prefer some credit to put in another 6800GT Sticking out tongue
